The soundvolume of the clicks are about normal, with my well worn mouse being quieter than the newer one.

Been over a year with the rubber cut out, still works great.Īlso, the on/off button, if you slide the button up all the way to on, it tends to go off again immediately if you slide as far the button will travel, so I simply easy it a bit back towards off (remove the slack) and all is good. The plastic wheel still protrudes perfectly to use without the rubber. You have to simply cut the rubber perpendicular and then pull the length out of the mouse and you are left with a mouse wheel without rubber, but still very easy to use.
the rubber on the mouse wheel starts to make it hard to turn the wheel or starts to come off the wheel if I remember correctly, like the glue was giving up. I've been using 1 of these mice for a few years now and bought a second 1 for another computer a while ago, with only 1 problem with both, and it is a common problem for this model. Very comfortable, good sensor, sexy, just need to remove wheel rubber
